The American Arthritis Foundation has compiled 12 foods that help arthritis.
Arthritis is caused by inflammation of the joints for many reasons, the main symptoms are joint pain, swelling or stiffness, and the symptoms get worse as you age. Degenerative arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are the most common. 1) Fish with high omega-3 fatty acids are recommended to consume at least 3 to 4 ounces of kerosene fish per week.
